The bank transfer receipt must necessarily state the Code Number of the Project (Congress) at the A.U.TH. Research Committee, which is 90277, and the name of the participant.

A scanned copy of the receipt must be sent to the Congress Organizing Committee via e-mail (registration@hydrogeologycongress.gr). The email subject must include the name of the participant and the indication “Registration”, e.g. Voudouris_Registration.

Invoice will be issued only for Universities, Institutes, Companies; for individuals only receipts can be issued.

The minimum information required for the issuing of the aforementioned documents are the following:

Participants should be aware that the receipts/invoices are issued only by the A.U.TH. Research Committee Accountant Office and will be send via post. Participants that will register on-site will receive their receipt/invoice by post.
